3. Client Responsibilities

You commit to providing timely access, input, and materials to ensure smooth collaboration and effective results.

4. Ownership

Upon full payment, all creative assets become your property. We may feature anonymized visuals in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed.

5. Cancellations

We do not offer refunds. Monthly retainers require a 30-day notice to cancel. Timeline changes can be coordinated if needed.

6. Eligibility

We collaborate with brands ready to scale and meet specific criteria. If your business is not a fit, we reserve the right to decline respectfully.

7. Updates

These terms may evolve. Continued use of our services implies agreement with the latest version.
